Hi, Kingsley. Sorry if I post new songs here frequently. I found a job already and my free time is very minimal, so I didn't take care this website everyday. As per your question, we can determine the exact notes by using our ear and using our instrument (piano, flute, recorder). Currently, there are no apps right now that can determine the notes of a song, maybe in the future there is, but right now, unfortunately, there's not. The notes that are transcribed here are manually done by ear.
